To celebrate the launch of the Chivas 18 x LISA Limited Edition – created in collaboration with LISA – we’ve created a series of delicious new whisky cocktails.
Perfectly tailored to enhance the 85 tasting notes within Chivas 18, these beautiful whisky cocktails come in a range of colours and will appeal to all kinds of palates.

PINK SPICE
Whisky cocktails don’t have to be short and complex. This Whisky Highball cocktail variation brings a beautiful mix of flavours to the table with sweet guava, tart lemon, spicy Tabasco and smooth Chivas 18, of course. Topped with crisp soda water and garnished with a chilli, this drink is ready to spice things up.
HOW TO MAKE THE PINK SPICE
• 30ml Chivas 18 x LISA Limited Edition
• 45ml Sunkist Guava
• 30ml lemon tea
• 45ml soda water
• 2 dashes of Tabasco
• Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
• Chilli, to garnish
Build all ingredients in a Highball glass with ice. Give a small stir and add more ice. Garnish with rosemary sprig and chilli.

FLEX YOUR NIGHT
A sweeter – and pinker – version of a traditional Whisky Sour cocktail, this is the recipe to seriously level up your drink. The Flex Your Night features similar flavours to the Pink Spice, but is held in a creamier, smoother texture.
HOW TO MAKE THE FLEX YOUR NIGHT
• 50ml Chivas 18 x LISA Limited Edition
• 20ml lemon juice
• 15ml honey
• 15ml Sunkist Guava
• 1 silver fresh chilli
• 1 egg white
• Rosemary sprigs, to garnish
• Pink peppercorns, to garnish
Shake ingredients together, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with rosemary and pink peppercorns.

CHOCOLATE KISS
If you’ve got a sweet tooth and like indulgent drinks, this is the recipe for you! Think smores in a cup, as this sweet marshmallow cocktail includes chocolate, marshmallows and cream for a truly dessert-like drink. Rich in smooth dark chocolate notes, Chivas 18 x LISA Limited Edition is made for a recipe like this.
HOW TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE KISS
• 45ml Chivas 1818 x LISA Limited Edition
• 30ml dark crème de cacao
• 30ml single cream
• Chocolate powder, to garnish
• Marshmallows, to garnish
Shake ingredients together and pour into a rocks glass with a block of ice. Garnish with chocolate powder and skewered marshmallows.

PLUM GREEN TEA HIGHBALL
Easy drinks at home definitely don’t have to be boring. This Whisky Highball recipe simply adds plum green tea to Chivas and soda for a sweet yet floral touch. Finishing with a shiso leaf and lychee, this cocktail looks and tastes remarkably elegant for such an easy recipe.
HOW TO MAKE THE PLUM GREEN TEA HIGHBALL
• 50ml Chivas 18 x LISA Limited Edition
• 100ml plum green tea
• 50ml soda water
• Shiso leaf, to garnish
• Lychee, to garnish

WATERMELON SUNSET

HOW TO MAKE THE WATERMELON SUNSET
• 50ml Chivas 18 x LISA Limited Edition
• 150ml sparkling watermelon
• Watermelon wedge, to garnish
