Electrolight Whisky Cocktail Recipe

    Ingredients

  • 2.5 parts Chivas Mizunara
  • 1 part honey and coconut cordial
  • 2 dashes pineapple bitters
  • Absinthe rinse

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make the honey and coconut cordial, blend 2 parts honey with 1 part coconut water.
  2. 2 Optional add on is to add 2g of citric acid per every 100ml of cordial to make it more acidic.
  3. 3 Add the Chivas, cordial and bitters to a mixing vessel.
  4. 4 Fill to the top with ice, and stir for approximately 20 seconds, tasting intermittently.
  5. 5 Rinse a rocks or old fashioned glass with absinthe.
  6. 6 Strain into the rinsed glass.
  7. 7 Serve.
