EARLY ACCESS OFFER – STRATHISLA 21-YEAR-OLD 2005 VINTAGE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Promoter
1. The promoter of the Early Access offer for Strathisla 21-Year-Old 2005 Vintage (the “Early Access”) is Chivas Brothers Limited, a company registered in Scotland with a registered address at Kilmalid, Stirling Road, Dumbarton, Scotland, G82 2SS (“Chivas”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. These terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) govern the Early Access. References to the “Early Access Period” are to the two-day period described in clause 9.
3. Chivas reserves the right to add to, amend or waive any of these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any modification of these Terms & Conditions will be effective immediately and, where reasonably practicable, will be notified to Eligible Customers by email as soon as possible thereafter. Chivas also reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to cancel or amend the Early Access in the event of circumstances arising outside of Chivas’s reasonable control.
Eligibility
4. Early Access is available only to customers (“Eligible Customers”) who, at the time of purchase:
(i) are registered on our eCRM database;
(ii) are subscribed to receive marketing communications from Strathisla;
(iii) are aged at least eighteen years old at the date of purchase and of legal drinking age in their country of residence;
(iv) are resident in a Permitted Jurisdiction where the following are legal: alcoholic beverage sales; and alcoholic beverage promotion, advertising and sponsorship; and
(v) have a postal address in the Permitted Jurisdiction or have permission for Strathisla 21-Year-Old 2005 Vintage to be shipped to a postal address in the Permitted Jurisdiction.
5. Shipping of Strathisla 21-Year-Old 2005 Vintage is available only within Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, and the following states in the U.S.A: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming (the “Permitted Jurisdictions”).
6. We may require customers to provide reasonable proof of eligibility, including proof of age, identity and residency.
7. Early Access is available to Eligible Customers only. We may refuse or cancel any Early Access order where a customer does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to provide reasonable proof of eligibility when requested. Early Access must not be used by, or made available to, under the legal drinking age in their country of residence (and in any event under 18). Please enjoy Strathisla responsibly.
8. Early Access is valid for one-time use by the Eligible Customer to whom it is issued only and must not be shared, sold, or transferred. Any attempted further use will not be accepted.
Early Access
9. Eligible Customers will be notified of the Early Access by email. Strathisla 21-Year-Old 2005 Vintage will be available to purchase exclusively by Eligible Customers for a period of two days, from 12:00pm (UK local time) on 3 November 2026 until 12:00pm (UK local time) on 5 November 2026.
10. Early Access does not guarantee availability of Strathisla 21-Year-Old 2005 Vintage or that this stock will remain available throughout the Early Access Period. Orders must be placed during the Early Access Period to qualify for Early Access. Orders cannot be backdated.
11. Any remaining stock will be made available for general sale following the Early Access Period, while stocks last. General sale will commence on 5 November 2026 at 11:59am (UK local time), subject to availability at the time of purchase on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Early Access offer at any time. By participating in the Early Access offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
12. The purchase price shall be paid by credit / debit card and through the purchase platform only.
13. Eligible Customers must pay all other costs which are not specifically included in the purchase price, including shipping, delivery charges, taxes and duties where applicable. No insurance is offered for the delivery of bottles to Eligible Customers, and we shall have no obligation to procure insurance in respect of such delivery.
14. Purchases will be made via the shop operated by Mail Marketing (UK) Limited, a company registered in Scotland with company number SC171868 and with a registered office at 42 Methil Street, Glasgow, Scotland G14 0SZ and any order placed with them will be subject to the following terms and conditions: Terms and Conditions – Legal – Chivas Regal.
15. Early Access has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.
16. If a customer is unable to access the Early Access or has a query about the Early Access, they should contact strathisladistillery@mailmarkuk.com. Chivas is not responsible for any failure or delay in issuing, receiving or using any Early Access invitation, link or code, or in accessing the online shop, due to events outside its reasonable control, including technical, network or system failures or high volumes of website traffic.
17. The Early Access and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
Data Protection
18. For the purposes of data protection laws, Chivas is the data controller of personal data processed in connection with the Early Access. Personal data may be used to verify eligibility, issue and administer the Early Access, respond to related queries, and otherwise manage the Early Access.
19. Chivas may share personal data with Pernod Ricard group companies and third-party service providers where necessary to administer the Early Access, operate the Strathisla online shop, send the Early Access notification email, or provide customer support. Any such sharing or international transfer will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
20. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Chivas privacy policy. Customers have certain rights in relation to their personal data, including rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
