As one of the most famous Tiki drinks in the world, the Mai Tai cocktail needs little introduction. The Mai Tai recipe with Chivas however, does. Swapping out the rum for Chivas Extra Rum Cask adds a rich depth to traditionally tropical cocktails, and this extra twist on a classic is no exception.

10 ml
orange curaçao
20 ml
lime juice
20 ml
orgeat
Lime and mint, to garnish

PRO TIP

When shaking the Mai Tai ingredients together, shake for around 10 seconds or until the outside of the shaker feels frosty.

Shake all ingredients together with ice

Strain into a glass with ice

Garnish with a mint sprig and serve
