Passionfruit
30 ml
Lemon Juice
20 ml
Simple Syrup
20 ml
Protein (pasteurised egg white)

Fill your glass with ice before serving

In a cocktail shaker, add 50 ml of Chivas 12, 50 ml of passionfruit pulp, 30 ml of lemon, 20 ml of simple syrup and 20 ml of pasteurised egg white.

Add plenty of ice and shake vigorously until all ingredients are blended together.

Strain into a lowball glass and top up with extra ice if needed.
