Lemon Juice
20 ml
Simple Syrup

Protein (pasteurised egg white)

MIX

In a cocktail shaker, add 50ml of Chivas 12, 30ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of simple syrup and 20 ml of protein (pasteurized egg white).

Add plenty of ice and shake vigorously until all ingredients are blended together.

Strain into a lowball glass and top up with extra ice if needed.
