In a cocktail shaker, add 50 ml of Chivas 12, 50 ml of raspberry pulp, 30 ml of lemon, 20 ml of simple syrup and 20 ml of protein (pasteurised egg white).

Add plenty of ice and shake vigorously until all ingredients are blended together.

Strain into a lowball glass and top up with extra ice if needed.
