50ml Chivas Regal Mizunara
20ml sweetened condensed milk
25ml fresh espresso
A pinch of salt
Orange zest and grated hazelnut, to garnish

 

Add Chivas Regal Mizunara, sweetened condensed milk and salt to a glass with ice and stir all the ingredients together. Add espresso and stir again. Grate orange zest and hazelnut over the top of the drink and serve.

How to make the Whisky Margarita

 

30ml Chivas Regal Extra Tequila Cask Selection
10ml Orange Curaçao
20ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Salt rim, to garnish

 

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Secure the lid of the shaker and shake hard for approximately 10 seconds. Use a squeeze of lime to wet the rim of a punch glass, then coat the rim with a light layer of salt. Strain the mixture into the glass with a fine strainer and serve.

Mint Julep

Cooling and classic, the Mint Julep is given new character here with Chivas Regal 12 Year Old at its heart. Fresh mint and crushed ice amplify its summer character, while bitters provide an aromatic lift.

50ml Chivas Regal 12 Year Old
10ml sugar syrup
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
8 mint leaves
Mint sprig, to garnish

 

Add all the ingredients to a julep tin filled with crushed ice. Stir with a spoon, churn or mix the ice with the ingredients at a rapid pace. Add more ice to fill the tin and make sure the ice is tight and compact. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.

Strawberry Daiquiri

How to make the Strawberry Daiquiri

 

50ml Chivas Regal Extra Rum Cask Selection
20ml lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
2 strawberries (or 20ml strawberry syrup)
½ a strawberry, to garnish

 

Muddle the strawberries in a shaker, then add all the other ingredients and shake together with ice. Pour into a coupette glass, garnish with ½ a strawberry and serve.
