WHY IS IT CALLED A PAPER PLANE COCKTAIL?

Crafted in 2008 in New York, the Paper Plane cocktail takes its name from the hit track “Paper Planes” by British Hip-Hop artist M.I.A., a personal favourite of its inventor, award-winning bartender, Sam Ross.
