Rich on the palate with heavily aromatic flavours, this is definitely one of those short cocktails with a bang.

Rocks or Tumbler glass

25 ml	Chivas Extra 13 Sherry Cask
25 ml	dry Oloroso sherry
25 ml	sweet vermouth
	Orange zest, to garnish

PRO TIP

When stirring short cocktails with ice, only stir until the outside of the mixing glass feels cold – any further stirring will dilute the drink.

STIR

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice for approximately 20 seconds

STRAIN

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

SERVE

Garnish with orange zest and serve
