Apple brings both sweet and tart notes that are made for Chivas 12, which is rich in distinctive Speyside orchard fruit notes. Simply top off this Highball recipe with ice and soda, and you’re done!

Apple Juice

Soda Water
Apple Slice, to garnish

The key to a perfect Whisky Highball is to fill the glass with plenty of ice so they’re extra fresh

Add Chivas and apple juice to a glass with ice

Stir, add soda water and give it a small stir to blend ingredients

Add another cube of ice if needed to make sure ice is tight and compact

Garnish with a slice of apple and serve
