The aromas of pear and orange and hints of hazelnut present in Chivas Mizunara marry beautifully with the crème de peche, which provides a delicate sweetness.

40 ml
Chivas Mizunara
10 ml
Crème de Pêche
150 ml
Soda Water
Peach Slice, to garnish

Use large cubes of ice (or one long cube) to keep your Peach Highball cool without over-diluting it

Add Chivas and Crème de Pêche into a highball glass and fill to the top with ice

Add soda water and give a small stir to blend ingredients

Add another cube of ice if needed to make sure the ice is tight and compact
