SPEYSIDE HIGHBALL COCKTAIL RECIPE

Fruity and sweet - Advanced - Highball glass

Infusing honey is a wonderful way to add subtle flavour to a range of drinks. Peach-infused honey is the perfect partner to smooth Chivas 12 in this whisky highball style cocktail, complete with refreshing soda and lots of ice.

    Ingredients

  • 1 part parts Chivas 12
  • 0.25 part peach-infused honey
  • 3 parts soda water
  • Peach slice, to garnish

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make the peach infused honey, add 125g chopped peach to 125g honey. Let it sit for a few hours before straining.
  2. 2 Add all ingredients into a highball glass filled to the top with ice.
  3. 3 Give it a small stir.
  4. 4 Garnish with peach slice.
  5. 5 Serve.

WHISKY COCKTAIL RECIPE TIP

1. After straining the peach from the infused honey, the candied chopped peach is perfect for topping desserts with.

2. You can infuse honey with a range of other fruits for your own twist on this Speyside Highball.
