40ml Chivas Regal XV
10ml lemon juice
10ml honey
2 thin slices of fresh ginger
1 small cinnamon stick
1 star anise
Boiling water
Lemon slice, to garnish

 

Place ginger, cinnamon and star anise into a teacup. Add Chivas Regal XV, lemon juice and honey, top with boiling water, and stir together. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.

How to make the Penicillin

 

40ml Chivas Regal 12 Year Old
10ml peated single malt scotch whisky
20ml lemon juice
15ml honey syrup
15ml ginger juice
Lemon slice, to garnish

 

To make honey syrup, blend 2 parts of honey with 1 part of water. To make ginger juice, juice 2 parts of fresh ginger and blend with 1 part sugar. Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.

15ml Chivas Regal XV
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube

50ml Chivas Regal 18 Year Old
10ml blackberry syrup
3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Orange zest, to garnish

 

Build all ingredients in a rocks glass and stir together with ice for approximately 20 seconds. Add more ice so it’s compact and the glass is full. Garnish with orange zest and serve.

55ml Chivas Regal 18 Year Old
25ml chocolate tea
25ml Vermouth Rosso
5ml toasted syrup (simple syrup made with brown sugar)
Grated dark chocolate, to garnish

 

In a mixing glass, add plenty of ice to cool it, then remove excess water. Combine all ingredients and mix well until chilled, then double strain into the pre-chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with grated dark chocolate on top.

Our eggnog recipe is a tradition reinterpreted. By bringing Chivas Regal Extra Sherry Cask Selection into the mix, along with Pedro Ximénez sherry for added richness, the serve becomes more than festive nostalgia. How to make the Whisky & Eggnog

30ml Chivas Regal Extra Sherry Cask Selection
15ml Pedro Ximénez Sherry
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Whole Egg
Grated Nutmeg, to garnish

Shake up all the ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker. Then shake again without ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a healthy amount of grated nutmeg and serve.
