Conana Whisky Highball Recipe


  • [50] Chivas Mizunara
  • [40] banana-infused Fino sherry
  • [80] coconut water
  • [10] maple syrup
  • Dehydrated banana chip, to garnish

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make banana-infused Fino sherry, add 100g of chopped banana into 200ml sherry. Leave for one day, then strain off the banana.
  2. 2 Force carbonate all ingredients and pour into a Highball glass filled with ice.
  3. 3 Garnish with dehydrated banana chip.
  4. 4 Serve.
