A fruity cocktail doesn’t have to be overbearingly sweet. While traditionally used in tea for antioxidant properties, jasmine is bursting with delicate, fresh and floral flavours that are ideal for creating cocktails.
Tea’s a Lady uses Chivas 12 as its base, with orchard fruit, vanilla and honey flavours sitting at its core. The accompanying ingredients in this whisky cocktail recipe all work to enhance these notes, with crisp apple juice and Antica Formula vermouth, known for its sweet vanilla notes.

If using bottled apple juice instead of fresh, add a little more lemon juice to the drink to make sure your drink is balanced, as fresh apple juice is tarter than the sweeter bottled variety.
