Whisky cocktails don’t always have to be complex! Highball variations are ideal for experimenting with different flavours in an incredibly simple style. An elderflower highball is wonderfully refreshing – lightly perfumed elderflower and crisp soda are all that’s needed to elevate the Speyside honey and orchard fruit flavours in our blended Scotch whisky.

Highball glass

40 ml	Chivas 12
15 ml	Elderflower Cordial
140 ml	Soda Water
	Lemon Zest, to garnish

PRO TIP

Use large cubes of ice (or one long cube) to keep your Elderflower Highball cool without over-diluting it

POUR

Add Chivas and cordial into a highball glass and fill to the top with ice

STIR

Add soda water and give a small stir to blend ingredients

REFINE

Add another cube of ice if needed to make sure the ice is tight and compact

SERVE

Garnish with a lemon zest and serve
