Genmaicha Highball Whisky Cocktail Recipe

    Ingredients

  • [60] Chivas Mizunara
  • [40] Genmaicha cordial
  • [80] soda water
  • Genmaicha dust, to garnish

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make Genmaicha cordial, infuse 20-30g of Genmaicha in 500ml of hot water and strain off. Then add 500g Demerara sugar and 30g of citric acid. Stir until dissolved.
  2. 2 Build all ingredients in a Highball glass over ice.
  3. 3 Garnish with Genmaicha dust.
  4. 4 Serve.
