A Fizz cocktail recipe is defined as a drink involving citrus and – of course – sparkling water or soda. This version, named a Silver Fox Fizz, pairs sweet and spicy Kummel liqueur with aromatic caraway notes with rich Chivas Extra 13 Sherry Cask, which is selectively finished in Oloroso sherry casks. Mixing these bold flavours with lime instead of lemon provides a slightly more bitter counterpart that’s perfect for balancing the more intense flavours of the other ingredients in this whisky cocktail.

The beautiful foam top is thanks to the egg white, which provides a smooth and silky texture.
