Spiced Orange Highball Cocktail Recipe

[75] orange and cinnamon tea

[75] soda water Orange zest, to garnish

How to make it

1 To make the orange and cinnamon tea, bring water to boil, add orange slices and cinnamon and infuse for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2 Strain off the ingredients, add sugar, and stir until dissolved.

3 Pour Chivas 18 and cooled orange and cinnamon tea into a highball glass.

4 Add ice all the way to the top and add soda.

5 Give a small stir to blend ingredients.

6 Add another cube of ice (if needed) to make sure the ice is tight and compact.

7 Garnish with orange zest.

8 Serve.
