Time develops taste. Scotch whiskies legally must be aged for at least three years to even be called Scotch – and our collection includes whiskies that span multiple decades. Up to 50% of the flavour in our whiskies comes from the cask influence alone, particularly the award-winning Chivas 18, which features a huge 85 flavour notes. Maturing over years deepens and evolves our whisky to become something truly special.
