WITH MO GILLIGAN

Brought to you in collaboration with London’s cult favourite, Willy’s Pies, this fresh new content series is the latest in our partnership with Arsenal F.C. Together, we’re serving up a behind-the-scenes look at the personalities behind the Arsenal shirts, with the help of comedy legend – Mo Gilligan.

Expect everything from hilarious deep dives into matchday rituals, player impersonations and unexpected anecdotes about the rise of the gunners – all brought to you over a luxury highball and a gold-standard, Chivas Regal-infused pie.

 Featuring Kai Havertz and Mikel Merino, Episode 1 explores the rise of the players beyond the badge – the moments that fuelled them, grounded them and kept them going. Tune in to find out more about the experiences that have shaped who the gunners have become.

For Episode 2 of Pies and Punchlines: it’s a guessing game, served with pastry and prestige. Beth Mead and Leandro Trossard go head-to-head with Mo Gilligan pulling out some iconic Arsenal quotes.

EPISODE 3:
CRUST OR DUST

 

In our final episode, Mo Gilligan serves up hot takes, cultural chaos and football flashpoints. Mikel Merino and Katie McCabe must decide: is it crust (they’re backing it) or dust (it’s done out here)? From hairstyle habits to matchday moments, nothing’s off the table.

30ml Chivas Regal 12

30ml Regal Three Citrus Liqueur*

100ml Champagne

40ml Soda

Simply add all your ingredients to a highball glass over ice and stir. Add a final flourish with an orange slice and an olive to garnish.

* Regal Three Citrus Liqueur
300ml sweetened Clementine juice (2 parts juice: 1 part sugar)
100ml Italicus Bergamot liqueur
100ml Kumquat liqueur

ORANGE HIGHBALL

 

If you’re after a simpler serve so you can get straight down to the entertainment, try our Orange Highball: a 50ml Chivas Regal 12 pour topped with 150ml orange soda.
