MAKE YOUR OWN WATERMELON CORDIAL:

 

Blend 500g chopped watermelon with 250ml water, then strain any remaining pulp. Remeasure the watermelon juice and add half the amount of sugar + 1g citric acid per 100ml of watermelon juice.
