Digital and NFT artist Serwah will speak on how to build an authentic brand online, and how you can turn your real life personality and passions into a valuable digital presence with a strong community. Topics will cover the importance of an authentic online presence, how to improve your storytelling, utilising your network, and the power of collaboration and partnerships. Both workshops will be run over a ONE day period each, and will consist of a series of formal talks and discussions, alongside more practical activities that will allow you to have useful dialogue with our Regal Pioneers.

WHAT IS HOW WE RISE?

A platform built to elevate and inspire the next generation of cultural entrepreneurs through a series of content, workshops, experiences and resources. Recognizing that the path to success is forever changing, we’ve created a platform where invaluable skills that aren’t taught in a classroom or lecture hall can be passed on, shared and applied.

The platform connects ambitious entrepreneurs with seasoned Regal Pioneers who’ve not just built businesses but also retained their authenticity throughout their journey to success. These Pioneers, have been engaged to generously impart their wisdom and offer invaluable insights to our carefully selected participants, all driven by a desire to uplift the community as a whole. WHO ARE RUNNING THE WORKSHOPS?

Our two Regal Pioneers:

Geedup Co: More than just clothing, Geedup Co is a collective for those who have taken the road less traveled, or better yet, those who are carving their own path unapologetically. From humble beginnings in a garage in 2010, they’ve now got offices in London and LA, with ambitions for more. With projects with the likes of Hooligan Hefs, Headie One and Fat Joe, the Western Sydney born label has become a powerhouse in the game led by Jake Paco and Trevene Patrick.

Serwah Attafuah: Digital and NFT artist and musician based out of Western Sydney. She creates surreal cyber dreamscapes and heavenly wastelands, populated by afro-futuristic abstractions of self with strong ancestral and contemporary themes. Serwah has collaborated and been commissioned by clients including Paris hilton and Valentino amongst others. A Curated NFT auction, ‘Apotheosis’: a live motion capture experience with Soft Centre at The Sydney Opera House. and a TEDX talk in Sydney on The Metaverse and Afrofuturism.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE WORKSHOP?

Chivas Regal is bringing you a comprehensive series of in-person workshops and events with our Regal Pioneers.

You’ll have a chance to be in the same room as some of Australia’s finest and most knowledgeable entrepreneurs, soaking up their expertise, exchanging ideas, and walking away with practical resources to rise to the top. This isn’t just a programme; it’s an opportunity to begin your journey with a blueprint that’s already laid out.

HOW DO I EXPRESS MY INTEREST?

To apply, you will be required to provide information on which Regal Pioneer’s Workshop you’d like to attend, what you’d like to learn, as well links to your work or portfolio.

Please note: applying for the workshops does not guarantee a spot.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I GET TO ATTEND?

Applications will be reviewed by the Chivas team in collaboration with our Pioneers, with successful applicants chosen and notified closer to the workshop dates.
