There’s nothing like a beautiful champagne cocktail to celebrate a gathering of your loved ones! The Family Gathering was inspired by the light citrus flavours of a mimosa but is intensified with the more full-bodied flavours of our blended Scotch whisky. Using dry orange curacao instead of orange juice in this whisky cocktail brings a richer, deeper flavour to the drink, while sweet vermouth harmonises beautifully with the Chivas. Cheers!

Chivas 18 or Chivas XV
20 ml
Sweet Vermouth
10 ml
Dry Orange Curacao
Champagne
Orange zest, to garnish

PRO TIP

When stirring cocktails with ice, only stir until the outside of the mixing glass feels cold – any further stirring will over dilute the drink

STIR

Stir all ingredients except champagne together with ice

Strain into a glass and top with champagne

Garnish with orange zest and serve
