Presenting the Old Fashioned cocktail with a modern twist: The Forest Fruit Old Fashioned. Featuring tart blackberry syrup, this twist on a Scotch classic cocktail is still short and strong like the original Old Fashioned cocktail recipe, but favours blackberry syrup over simple sugar syrup for a richer, fruitier flavour.
When stirring cocktails with ice, only stir until the outside of the mixing glass feels cold – any further stirring will over dilute the drink.
