1 part	Chivas 12 or Mizunara
3 parts	Soda Water

HIGHBALL TIP

While stirring the Scotch and soda together mixes the drink, make sure not to overmix the Highball as this can make it lose its fizz.

POUR

Add Chivas 12 or Mizunara to a highball glass

FIZZ & ICE

Add 3 parts soda water, then slowly fill the glass to the top with ice

STIR

Add remaining soda water and give the drink small stir to make sure it’s mixed

ICE

Fill the glass with even more ice for a thoroughly chilled drink

SERVE

Garnish with orange zest and serve
