Terms and Conditions

Chivas Regal “Balmain x Chivas XV” Interest List (“Campaign”)

1. Organiser

1.1 The Campaign is organized by Pernod Ricard Singapore Pte Ltd (RC No. 19890303RW) (“the Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 This Campaign is open to all persons aged 18 years or over who are citizens and permanent residents in Singapore or who have been residing in Singapore for the last 12 months (“Participants”).

2.2 The Organizer has absolute discretion in determining the eligibility of any person taking part in the Campaign.

3. How to Participate?

3.1 The validity period of this Campaign shall be from 0000hr 5th October 2021.

3.2 Participation Criteria

3.2.1 Participant to register their interest by submitting their details on the form.

3.2.2 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify or remove any Participant from the Campaign if the details provided are not complete or has breached the campaign Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Drop 2 Purchase

3.3.1 The Organiser will contact the Participants by email/or call for the purchase of Drop 2 Balmain x Chivas XV bottle(s)

3.3.2 Due to limited quantity of stock, the purchase will be on "first come first serve" basis and a maximum of 3 bottles per each name registered in the interest list.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 By participating in the Campaign, the Participant explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Participant. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an email to the Organiser as stated below and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation from this Campaign. The Organiser will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data stored for this Campaign strictly confidential.

4.2 The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer may also disclose and use the personal data of the Participant solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

5. Additional Terms

5.1 Participants agree that their name and likeness, may be used without restriction or without any fee in any future publicity material by the Organiser for the purposes of this Campaign.

5.2 The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.

5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to amend and/or vary any of the Terms and Conditions herein at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Participants.

5.4 All decisions made by the Organiser shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

5.6 A person who is not a party to any of the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.

5.7 These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Singapore and the Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
