Umeshu cocktail recipe, a twist on the Plum Highball

    Ingredients

  • [45] Chivas Mizunara
  • [15] Umeshu plum wine
  • [140] soda water
  • Blackberry, to garnish

    How to make it

  1. 1 Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled to the top with ice.
  2. 2 Give a small stir.
  3. 3 Garnish with a blackberry.
  4. 4 Serve.
