Chivas Ginger & Sesame Cocktail Recipe


  • [40] Chivas 12
  • [10] Roasted Sesame Syrup
  • [110] Ginger Ale
  • Lime Wedge

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make Roasted Sesame Syrup: Roast 50g White Sesame Seeds on dry pan until fragrant, being careful not to burn. Add 100m water and 100g sugar, bring to boil and stir. Allow the liquid to cool before straining out the sesame seeds and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  2. 2 Pour 40ml Chivas 12
  3. 3 Add 10ml Roasted Sesame Syrup
  4. 4 Fill glass with ice
  5. 5 Top the glass with Ginger Ale
  6. 6 Stir to mix
  7. 7 Garnish with a lime wedge
  8. 8 Serve without straw
