  • [45] Chivas 12
  • [15] peach-infused honey
  • [140] soda water
  • Peach slice, to garnish

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make the peach infused honey, add 125g chopped peach to 125g honey. Let it sit for a few hours before straining.
  2. 2 Add all ingredients into a highball glass filled to the top with ice.
  3. 3 Give it a small stir.
  4. 4 Garnish with peach slice.
  5. 5 Serve.
