Cherry Dreams Highball Whisky Cocktail Recipe

    Ingredients

  • [40] Chivas Mizunara
  • [30] sakura cordial
  • Top with soda water
  • Spray with cherry blossom bitters
  • Lemon zest, to garnish

    How to make it

  1. 1 To make sakura cordial, steep approximately 2 heaped tbsp of Japanese cherry blossom green tea in 0.2l of hot water for 1 minute. Remove the tea. Add 200g sugar and stir until dissolved. Add 6g mixed acid per 0.1l of tea syrup. Let cool.
  2. 2 Build all ingredients in highball glass with ice.
  3. 3 Garnish with lemon zest.
  4. 4 Serve.
