You may have heard of the Whisky Sour cocktail. But have you tried any variations on this classic? A sour style whisky cocktail is one that includes citrus juice but – unlike a fresh cocktail – also adds egg white into the mix. Egg white brings a silky texture to drinks with a creamier mouthfeel. Just remember to shake twice to emulsify the egg white!
