When you’re faced with an all-too-familiar “what if” situation, do you fear the worst or do you imagine the possibilities?
American entrepreneur, bestselling author and philanthropist Adam Braun says the fear of “what if” is our greatest limitation. Joining us at The Chivas Venture Final 2017 as an expert judge, the serial entrepreneur had a few ideas on how to dispel this fear of the unknown.
Speaking at our Inspiration Morning ahead of The Chivas Venture Final, Adam reiterated that “‘what if’ is an incredible set of opportunities that no one else is willing to discover.” He added that “true self-discovery begins where your comfort zone ends” as you learn most about yourself in times of discomfort.
Founder of educational organisations MissionU and Pencils of Promise, Adam’s “profitable purpose” approach has been widely adopted, and he’s the author of New York Times bestsellerThe Promise of a Pencil: How an Ordinary Person Can Create Extraordinary Change.
